Our minimum is 12 hats per order. All 12 must be the same color and design. Size-specific caps can be ordered in different sizes to hit the 12 — for example, 4 S/M and 8 L/XL.
10 business days from the day you approve your digital proof. We send a mockup before we stitch a single hat.
Digitizing is the process of converting your logo into a stitch file our embroidery machines can read. It usually costs $40–$80 elsewhere. At Hat52, digitizing is included free on every order.
Yes — always. We send a digital mockup of your logo on the hat before we touch the machines. You approve it, then we stitch.
We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, SVG, and EPS. Vector files (AI, SVG, EPS) give the cleanest results. If you only have a JPG or PNG, send the highest-resolution version you have and we'll work with it.
Flat embroidery stitches directly onto the hat — clean, durable, professional. 3D puff embroidery uses a foam layer under the stitching to make your logo visibly raised off the hat. Puff works best on bold, simple logos and adds a premium look. We offer both — select your preference when you place your order.
For orders under 500 hats, we match your brand colors as closely as possible using our thread library. For orders of 500+ hats, we can order custom thread to exactly match your Pantone colors. Contact us for large orders.

Yes. We keep your stitch file on record, so reorders are easy — just reach out and we'll get it going. No setup fee on reorders.
We can embroider the front panel, left or right side, back, and the bill (brim). Most orders use the front panel. Placement is confirmed on your digital proof.
We offer free simple logo design with every purchase — just give us clear directions, and a sketch or photo reference helps a lot. This includes 1 logo and 1 revision after payment. We don't offer full design services; if you want to explore concepts before committing, we recommend hiring a freelance artist first.
